Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service (instant access to predictions), all subscription payments are final and non-refundable once activated.

Exceptions — When We DO Issue Refunds

• Duplicate charge — charged twice for the same subscription
• Failed activation — payment processed but tier never activated within 24 hours
• Technical failure — App downtime preventing you from accessing paid features for more than 7 consecutive days

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via WhatsApp at +237 651 450 463 within 7 days of payment with:

• Your User ID (visible on Upgrade page)
• Date of payment
• Reason for refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.

No Refund For

• Losing bets based on our predictions (Pitch IQ is not a betting service)
• Change of mind after activation
• Shared/leaked activation codes
• Service used as intended for any duration
