1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pitch IQ ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. Service Description
Pitch IQ provides football match analytics, statistics, and predictions based on mathematical models including Poisson distribution, team form, head-to-head records, and league standings. We offer free and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Premium, VIP) with additional features.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Our predictions are statistical estimates. No prediction is guaranteed. Football is inherently unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Pitch IQ accepts no liability for decisions made based on our predictions or statistics.
4. Not Betting or Gambling Advice
Pitch IQ is a sports analytics platform, not a betting service. We do not facilitate, encourage, or provide advice on gambling. If you use our predictions in connection with betting, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility. Gambling can be addictive — please play responsibly and only where legal.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid tiers are billed monthly. Payments are processed by NotchPay. Access is granted via unique activation codes locked to a single device. Sharing of codes is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) misuse the App, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access, (c) share or resell paid content, (d) use the App for any illegal purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, predictions, models, code, and design of Pitch IQ are the property of the operator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without written permission.
9. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pitch IQ.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cameroonian courts.
